Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, let us make it right.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@velkly.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.

 Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately — we'll replace it at no cost to you.
